With more than 20 years of experience in banking and insurance, András has built his career at the intersection of financial services, business transformation and technology.
His background ranges from investment services, product management and sales support to treasury and capital markets transformation, business analysis, project management and stream leadership.
Throughout his career, he has worked on major platform implementations, system upgrades, migrations, regulatory programmes and operating-model transformations — primarily representing the business and front-office perspective.
This breadth of experience provides a practical understanding of how strategic decisions translate into operational reality.

A career built across financial services
András has held senior expert and leadership roles across major financial institutions, including K&H Group, NN, Budapest Bank, Erste Bank and TakarékBank.
At K&H Group, his work has included major Treasury & Markets initiatives such as OneMurex, Murex Upgrade Programs, Global Trading Hub and Go&Deal Transformation, with responsibilities spanning business analysis, stream leadership, migration, testing and implementation.
His experience also extends to insurance transformation, MiFID II, investment platform implementation, securities migration and wealth management transformation.
Earlier in his career, as Head of Investment Services, he was responsible for an investment services network covering more than 1,100 distribution locations.

András' expertise covers Treasury & Capital Markets, Investment Services, Banking and Insurance, complemented by extensive experience in transformation leadership, business analysis, data migration and regulatory change.
His technology experience includes financial platforms and environments such as Murex, Go&Deal (LSEG Electronic Trading), INSIS, Calypso and Bloomberg.
Alongside his professional experience, he holds a Master's Degree in Banking, Corporate Finance & Securities Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
